A special sauce is used to cook sukiyaki and it’s homemade. It’s made from soy sauce, sake and sweet sake that’s highest rank. Please enjoy the delicious sukiyaki that we cook.
Shabu-shabu is healthy and really good. It’s cooked in a special pot. When the water is boiling, you put your thinly sliced beef and vegetables in the pot. And you dip your food into special sauces, those are white ponzu and sesame sauce. White ponzu is made from white soy sauce, dashi and Dai-dai (Japanese orange), which is homemade.
The most popular type of Wagyu is Japanese Kuroge Wagyu. Our restaurant provides only A-5 ranked Japanese Kuroge Wagyu of the very top quality. Beef is cooked perfectly by our chef, and meet quality is tender and so mild that is almost like it melts in your mouth.We hope you will enjoy it!
Sumiyaki is charcoal grill that’s BBQ!
We use blackcharcoal, which is oak (Quercus serrata). The feature is that there is almost no smell, and the heat is strong and lasts. Please enjoy highest grade Japanese Kuroge Wagyu beef and seasonal vegetables.
